Karla Recalde

Intern

My name is Karla Recalde and I am excited to share a bit about my professional journey and passion for mental health and education. With a master’s degree in Organizational Development (Psychology concentration) and soon completing my second master’s in Clinical Mental Health, with a Addictions Counseling certificate, from Saint Joseph’s University, my focus has been on fostering growth and resilience in my clients.

Whether you’re facing uncertainty, grief, anxiety, or simply feeling disconnected, you don’t have to carry it alone. My work centers on helping individuals feel safe enough to explore the most tender parts of themselves—without judgment, and with compassion. Vulnerability can be daunting, but it’s also the path toward deeper connection and healing.

Together, we can create a space where you feel:heard and seen for who you truly are, gently supported in your emotional process, empowered to reconnect with your inner strength.

If you’re ready to begin this journey, or even just curious about what it could look like, I’d be honored to be part of your healing process.
